How do you achieve the image tone you got here?

That was a good question. I couldn't remember, so I had to try to recreate the image to find out. I'm pretty sure I used two "actions" that someone else made. (link in the description). But I must have done something more because I could'n get it exactly the same as the uploaded image.

Man, those tones are great, specially for videos, just imagine that tone in a video shoot and the same place you took that picture. Yeah it helps, i just need to find out what else to add to achieve it besides the actions. thanks
