For the tilt shift blur at the bottom of the photo I think you should blur the boundary a bit (using masks). Otherwise it's very pretty

I am not exactly sure what you mean, to be honest.
The thing is that I haven't added any blur in Photoshop. It is all done while shooting. So this is just the way the lens captured the scene. And I didn't want to add any more blur because I think it looks fine (and partly because I'm lazy).
